The operator: Triumphmototours Greece, is a division of Eliofil S.A. Androutsou Str. 27, 14123 Lykovrisi, Athens Greece. With your acceptance of these terms and conditions, you enter into a binding contract. Please read them carefully.

Agents and Representatives: Triumphmototour agents and representatives are representing us, but are not a party of this contract, nor are they in any way responsible or liable for any failure to provide any service as described in the contents of this website.

Reservation and Deposit: For the tour reservation, a deposit of 1.014,75 Euro is payable to Triumphmototours Greece, representing 30% of the total tour cost and the balance, Euro 2.367,75 is payable on the day of the start of the tour in cash or by credit card, thus totaling Euro 3.382.50, all taxes included. The rental period is not interrupted by the riding inability of the renter or for any other reason. Triumphmototours is not obliged to replace a damaged motorcycle, but will do its utmost to provide alternative transport.

Included in the price of the Tour are: Accommodation in four star Hotels for seven nights, three complete meals per day, new, up to 16 months old, Triumph Bonneville motorcycles, experienced tour guide on a motorcycle, support vehicle to carry all participants luggage, back up motorcycle on a trailer, third party insurance with a 1.000 Euro damage waiver security deposit, to be refunded if the motorcycle is returned undamaged, and motorway tolls.

Not included in the price of the tour are: Tickets to archeological sites, petrol costs, estimated at 100 Euro for the tour and all personal expenses. Motorcycles are delivered with the tank full and are to be returned with the tank full.

Cancellations and refunds: Cancellations received up to 30 days before the start of the tour, are fully refundable. Cancellations received up to 15 days before the start of the tour, are 50% refundable. For cancellations received in less than 15 days prior to the start of the tour, no refund will be granted.

Tour cancellation: Triumphmototours Greece may cancel a particular tour if a certain number of participants is not reached. If a tour is cancelled, the customer will be notified and the full amount of the deposit will be refunded. When the tour cannot be started or has to end for reasons outside the control of Triumphmototours as well as in the case of force majeure, such as riots, floods, earthquakes, strikes, the contract becomes invalid. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.

Non observance of traffic laws and group regulations.: Should a customer not comply with traffic laws or requirements of group travel, then Triumphmototours may cancel the contract and the rental motorcycle may be secured. An international motorcycle driver’s license is required, for non EU/US customers. Passport, Visa, driving and health regulations: The customer is responsible for complying with the above regulations and all consequences for non compliance. It is recommended that customers have their own health insurance, for traveling abroad.

Responsibility: Triumphmototours is responsible for providing the services listed above according to local standard. Triumphmototours is not responsible, or liable for any accidents that may occur during a tour. It reserves the right, without prior notice, to alter part, or all of a tour, to make the necessary changes. Triumphmototours is not responsible for any delays and changes in schedule or any other alterations of the seasonal variances and or weather, that may cause changes in the tour routing and accommodations and the adjustment of the itinerary to alternate hotels, restaurants and roads.

Verbal changes to the contract are invalid, unless confirmed in writing by Triumphmototours.
